Hours of Operation
There's a difference between day care and preschool. Day care often offers more hours for kids of working parents, in a less scheduled environment. Preschool programs tend to be shorter, and more structured.
THE LEARNING CENTER is a preschool that offers classes. Presently we offer:
- Play and Stay –Sunday, Thursday 10:00am -11:30am ages 6 months to 3 years
- Preschool-Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 am -12:00 pm 3 to 5 year olds
- We look forward to offering (based on enrollment) M, T, W, TH, F preschool, assorted enrichments 12 pm – 2 pm, classes for 2- 2 ½ year olds 9:30 am -11:00 am, Parent Enrichment Classes Day time and Evening, Summer programming, L’Dor V Dor programming (child brings a special person over 55"ish)
THE KIDS CORNER- offers extended hours to supplement the hours a child may need before or after preschool. THE KIDS CORNER can also offer programming for those children who are not enrolled in the preschool.
- Our facility will be available from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. This will allow children to gain a Jewish education as well as nurturing, research based, state of the art child care. For those children that need a home style feeling to their extended day we offer a family day care atmosphere. Children that have already spent time in a structured setting will now have the opportunity to cozy up in a room that feels like their family room with activities that are enriching and cater to their individual needs.
- Our facility is open to the community. We also offer programming that is secular. A child attending THE KIDS CORNER can enroll in our programming that feels like year round day camp. These classes are based on topics of interest. They can be half day (7:30 am -12:00 pm) or full day (7:30-6:00pm).
