Grab your bicycle and join your co-hosts Anita Fishman & Sara Frank for a fun ride through Island Lake Recreation Area on Sunday, October 15 at 11 AM. If there is inclement weather, the ride will be canceled.

*Possibly a $4 entrance fee if toll booth is occupied

Park at the Riverbend Parking Lot.

Cyclists will ride the paved path in Island Lake Recreation Park and enter into Kensington Metro Park.* Round trip ride is approximately 12 miles. Riders can turn around at any point.
*No additional charge into Kensington

• Waivers will be required & available at the start of the ride
• Entry to parks & meal costs are the responsibility of each rider
• Starts mid-summer and goes through the fall season
• Rides to take place on trails or at metroparks (no street riding)
• Helmets must be worn during the ride
