Guiding with Wisdom for Three Decades
Let's Celebrate Rabbi Michael Moskowitz!
For over 30 years at Temple Shir Shalom, Rabbi Mike has been our source of inspiration, guidance, comfort, and joy. He has enriched our life cycle moments with depth and meaning, bringing humor, heart, and a deep sense of Jewish pride to every interaction. From our youngest children to our oldest members, Rabbi Mike has formed meaningful connections across generations. He is always there—with wisdom, warmth, and unwavering support.
It’s our turn to honor all that he does.
On Friday, November 14th at 7:30pm, we will honor Rabbi Mike with a meaningful Shabbat service
(open to the community) followed by an elevated Oneg. On Saturday, November 15th at 7pm, we will gather for a Dinner Soirée to celebrate his legacy and raise funds to ensure his vital work continues to
flourish in our community for years to come.

2025 Moskowitz Limited Edition Bourbon
About Jefferson’s Ocean Bourbon
This exclusive, small-batch bourbon, crafted in collaboration with Rabbi Michael Moskowitz, is aged at sea, journeying across the globe aboard ocean vessels. It travels to five continents and crosses the equator four times, maturing in seasoned bourbon barrels along the way.
The constant motion of the waves, the warm equatorial humidity, and the salty sea air uniquely influence the aging process. The result is a richly caramelized bourbon with a distinctive briny character and subtle notes
of sea salt in every sip.
Limited number of bottles available during Saturday Evening Soirée for a minimum donation of $180.
